Hope this isn’t true. Last year he was good but he’s had a steep decline imo. Thoughts guys ?

  1. Personally I love it. You need experience and most of Napoli’s players experienced a dip in form last year. He was incredible for Italy and in their Scudetto run. I would do it. He was one of my favorite players in that Euro win in 21.

  2. Bring him in, probs won’t cost more than 20m. Plus he can’t be worse Juve hater than Boonucci

  3. If he come for cheap, sure. Anywhere over €10m and we’re overpaying

  4. He has 6 assists in Serie A for this weak Napoli side. It would be a great deal if we could buy him for ~20m

  5. Me likey. This is shaping out to be a great start to the makeover that will inevitably take place in the next months.

  6. Would love him for the right price. Plays most matches in a back 4 and we don’t really have that style of player in the squad (Danilo is better at CB and Weah better at RM)

  7. Surprised more people aren’t on board with this.

Fans scream we need fullbacks then when we’re linked to one of the better fullbacks in Serie A fans are against it.

  8. I can’t even imagine how Napoli fans would react to this

  9. Yes. Napoli’s captain and excellent fullback with titles and experience to his name. Exactly what we need to add to the mix of the young stars we have in Cambiaso, Yildiz, Vlahovic, Fagioli, and co. That would be a stellar start to the mercato. Hope It happens.

  10. He’s one of the best RBs in the league and is Italian. We should get him. Oh, yea … we don’t have a single natural RB on our team.

  11. I couldn’t imagine the amount of bile flowing through Naples if the captain of the scudetto moved to Juventus.

People there are still quite pissed off about Higuain.

  12. Isn’t there someone older? Let’s get another 35 year old wing back! /s

    Fucking hell…

On the other hand getting Napoli’s captain would be hilarious.

  13. I won’t mind. I like him. And it will give us more options tactically with a new manager coming along.
