  22. Russia played smart , it sent small force in Kharkiv direction, for propaganda purposes foolish Ukrainian sent all forces to Kharkiv direction leaving other front under manned . Ukraine lost this badly even with all 45 western countries backing is because it kept too much of stuff for propaganda purposes like missile attacks on crimea which had no tactical or strategic value at the moment. They were just busy creating propaganda material for westerners. They should have used resources more wisely.
