2. Could be a blessing in disguise for Newcastle. Less matches, no mid-week games so maybe they’ll do even better in the league.

3. It is what it is. We had a very odd season where we could’ve finished anywhere between 4th and 12th, but ultimately our crap away form cost us. It’s not worth blaming Man City for ghosting the Cup final, although granted that’s also more than a bit annoying. But just gotta take it on the chin and go again next year
