Colorado suspends ex-Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis’ law license for 3 years over Georgia election lies

1. Why not permanently? How can someone like her ever be trusted again?

   “I was just the driver of the get-away car of a bank robbery. I wasn’t directly involved.” May work for a lesser sentence for someone who doesn’t understand the law, but for an attorney to actually use it as a defense and it being acceptable is beyond me.

10. Damn what do you have to do to get disbarred if you’re MAGA because insurrection and treason apparently don’t meet the standard.

14. What’s Colorados suspension rules / years of suspension related to ‘you have to effectively redo everything to get your license reinstated’? I know quiet a few states have a rule like that and will suspend someone for that long so they have to work to get back into the system rather than just paying a reinstatement fee.
