[@BarcaUniversal] Vicente del Bosque: “Xavi has a great future as a manager, he will likely return to Barcelona at one point. If anything, he spoke too much. When you speak too much, it goes against you. He was good, he showed that he has enough experience and talent to manage the team.”

Xavi should replace Pep at City
Del Bosque, a gentleman, as always. If madridismo would actually look like him, they would have decency and honour.
He is, imo, the best spanish manager ever, thusfar.
In regard to Xavi, I too have little doubts he will one day return as a manager. He was already good enough, he might even become better.
He did not even say to much, he did not say anything that was not commen knowledge
Such a wise man ! I love Xavi, but generally hated his press conferences during his tenure (specifically the ones after losing games)
If he succeeds at a big club he won’t be back. But if he builds his reputation at mid-level clubs, or doesn’t quite crack it at a big one, he could be back in 3-4 years.
I wouldn’t be surprised if his PR team asked Del Bosque to say this. Xavi is smarter at media than people give him credit for.
