I’m gonna take a wild guess and say the agent is living in Sao Paulo
Looks like Oaktree’s project involves a lot on scouting and developing young players. I can get behind this, my only concern is that they sacrifice competitive balance by not investing enough in players who are ready to perform from day 1.
