What happens to Kvara and Politano now that Conte is joining Napoli? We all know Conte plays 3-5-2 and that doesn’t fit them. Will they be sold?

  1. There’s already a €100m offer from PSG for Kvara supposedly. If it’s real and he doesn’t fit then they’ll sell.

  2. i mean if you insist, roma will take them both on a free

  3. Kvara was likely going to be sold for huge money anyway, which will help get Conte’s players, and Politano can always be traded for someone else. But, as people have already mentioned, he’s used a 3-4-3. Not sure Politano is worth the formation change though.

  4. Kvara gonna be gone this summer. Politano probably get picked up by Roma or Juve imo

  5. Conte doesn’t really have a specific tactic. He started with back-4, he then switched to back-3 (against Napoli) and kept that shape but could go 352 or 343/3421 depending on the squad he had.

  6. I don‘t know a lot about their specific abilities bit at Chelsea he turned Victor Moses into a wingback and got the best out of him in a new position, not sure if it would make sense for these two though

  7. Conte has played 3-4-3 before. As a Napoli fan, I hope we play a 3-4-2-1 with Kvara and Raspadori supporting a lone striker (whoever ends up being Osimhen’s replacement). Politano can be a guy to come off the bench in that setup, or if we want to vary it up with underlapping wingbacks and wider forwards he can be a starter in that scenario

  8. Any coach worth their salt knows he has to adapt tactics to the type of players at his disposal and not the other way around.

  9. Kvara will be fine. He can play as the support striker or just behind the striker. Politano as well.

  10. Napoli only got Politano in the first place because of Conte

  11. Keep Kvara, there’s more for him here at Napoli. Get rid of Politano. Pick up two solid mids, two solid defenders.

  12. Look to Chelsea’s 3-4-3, to know that Conte knows how to use wingers, because Hazard did play off the left of that front three quite well actually.
