Huge fire surrounds electrical substation in California
A fire surrounding an electrical substation in Alameda County, California, has burned through at least 96 acres of grass.
Aerial video provided by ABC affiliate KGO shows massive smoke clouds rising as the fire consumes dry grass in the vicinity of an Altamont Pass Wind Farm Substation.
