  2. I seasoned new cast iron wok yesterday so I took it for a test drive. Came out pretty nicely. Just bit too on the wet side because I was trying to replicate technique of adding bit of broth during frying and turns out I need to boil my rice by drier for that.

    Still delicious as hell though
