recognize the soldiers of the regiment who fought on [Music] [Music] dday suffering over 100 casualties on the beach the regiment continued to advance with unwavering determination liberating revier then how fitting it is on the 80th anniversary of the landing and the commencement of the battle for Normandy that this statue has been unveiled in honor of the Regina rifles who sacrificed so much for the cause of Liberty and Freedom the statue unveiled today will forever help tell the story of loyalty of bravery and of Duty I also hope it will remind future generations to never forget the sacrifice and determination of the Regina rifles [Music] bra do your turtle Roy [Music]

  4. The Princess Royal is an exemplary human being. Intelligence, compassion, devotion to duty. Her Mother, I believe, would be proud. This from an American watching with more than a little envy.

A fabulous movie also Patton with George C Scott and A Bridge too Far .(I had to go out of my way to go over this bridge out of respect)…..faboulous movies……PATTON old blood and guts….is MY favourite General of all…..but heros all……. God Bless them ….may they rest in peace……we will not forget them…🙏

  6. back to William the conquers and their ancestors home, but it is heart warming seeing their passion and devotion to their duties, i love how they do everything to honour the services of those troops no matter rain or clear sky
