The way Kounde turned his year around has been absolutely immense.
Man went from being the scapegoat to the goat within months. A lot of it through rigorous physical prep & determination, too.
He's putting in the work and it's paying off. Beautiful to see.

He started the year off wonderfully too, back when Balde was healthy, Cancelo at RB, and Kounde at RCB. I remember his masterclass against Porto away and form in La Liga too. Sadly the injury hindered his season but he’s been back to his best anyways.
Kounde was immense.
What a crazy Euros by the way so far. Some insane and unexpected results and lower ranked teams are keeping higher ranked teams on their toes. Really good football so far.
