Chasiv Yar. International Legion Fighters in Ukraine War

[Music] [Music] I’m just a guy man yeah I’m uh yeah I’m a soldier in the uh International Legion here in Ukraine I’m an artilleryman so I work with the mortars and direct fire automatic grenade launchers just like two other fighters from his unit he joined the international Legion shortly after the full-scale Russian invasion began now these soldiers are working in chivar in the denet region uh I go by sassy um I’m a war fighter from the West sassy said he’s been training to fight Russia for a long time his record includes service in the US military it doesn’t matter whatever background you come from come fight for Legion Russia is just not an enemy to Ukraine it’s an enemy to the world and you need realize that I’m the main Gunner on the motor uh ijust deci side I make sure that the mortar is laid on correctly usually work 3 or 4 days uh and then we rotate with another team from our unit it’s very important to quickly move in and out of our position this unit primarily works with 82mm mortars and supports infantry operations usually we have a Three Man team working on the MTAR with the crew Commander who’s doing the calculations and communicating with uh the commanders and the Drone teams and we have two men on the mortar the fighters working with mortars have to adjust the positions ensure the mortar functions correctly and accurately deploy the rounds the Russians are definitely an enemy that should not be underestimated they have improved their drone capabilities a lot in the last 2 years so it’s not an easy enemy but uh there definitely ways to beat the Russians among those ways are fighting harder and being more motivated taking risks and just thinking faster than the Russians I’m a European and I stand with other Europeans as well I fight for Ukraine’s identity and freedom as I hope they would fight for ours as [Music] well and

  24. Tell the commander of aviation to hide his plaines better and helicopters next time…if they will receive f-16 they can't leave them in plain site 100 kliks from Russian border..hope they are fucking wakening up…

  30. Sadly i heard a lot of bad things that happens to the international legion there between 2022 – 2023 but i hope they have fixed it now. It was mostly the treatment.
