  3. Currently they could build it if they wanted to but because of the immaturity of the Iranian regime they will inevitably crumble under the consequences of their actions & all this time , money , and effort will be lost , preventing them from maintaining their nuclear power status

  6. I don't think we should be asking how close Iran is to having a nuclear bomb. The question should be: What kind of deployments are they developing. Nations with nuclear arsenals develop this technology so that they don't ever get attacked by other nations and so that they can flex trade agreements around the world without the fear of getting strong armed due to militaristic responses from disgruntled nations. If Iran is purely developing for defensive purposes, that is understandable. All the big boys have them, why shouldn't they. The difference between, let's say, North Korea and Iran, is North Korea is a strong totalitarian dictatorship with strong big boys next door that can keep them in check, countries like Russia and China. Iran and other middleastern countries, on the other hand, are always unstable, and no one can predict where these weapons will wind up. That's the fear. Also do they want to develop in a peaceful capacity or are their deployment research programs geared toward smaller tactical nukes so that they can smuggle and do Jihad bombings in countries that do not align with their ideals? This is what the world is afraid of. Crazy jihadists randomly using tactical nukes whenever they feel like it.
