1. He had a very bad tournament by his standards. But the funniest thing is France scored 2 goals (as 1 was an OG) and he was involved in both of them. So the entire team was shit in general.

   Also, this would be an ideal time for France to explore other coaching options. Zizou would be more than ready to accept it most prolly.

3. Could he play a bit better? Yes.

   But France in general was terrible, they had no idea what kind of football they want to play. Rabiot was the guy that tried to be the “creator” in the midfield during the semifinal of Euros – that tells u a lot about the current state of french NT.

   Yea Mbappe could have done better individually- considering his injury and all that, but overall it’s hard for a forward to do something if the whole team is bland and disconnected.

4. He was horrible this tournament. But also his nose was broken. Very hard to assess this performance of his this tournament since he was hindered.

5. My thing is people are acting like he was the problem, when in reality the entire team was dysfunctional.
