1. Honestly, I prefer olmo over simons, if it weren’t for his injury record. He’s pure class and a hard worker, whereas simons is dipping and hiding sometimes.

4. Attacking reinforcements + Palhinha is good business so far but I still think we need more midfielders. In my mind Kimmich should be planned as permanent RB, which means we only have Laimer and Guerrero as midfield backups. I’d say one more defensive minded midfielder would make sense

6. To me it looks like we want to play a 42121? Christmas tree formation with 3 cams and 2 dms. Otherwise i dont understand how they want to make all the 10s work. Doue for instance would be perfect for that 8/10 hybrid role in the middle.

   I’d actually be a big proponent of this because it would pretty much benefit all offensive players besides coman and maybe gnabry.
