Aymeric Laporte wants to join Real Madrid, and Ancelotti likes the player, but Al Nassr’s desire for a fee could stall the transfer

  1. They’re gonna demand a sum which real madrid are not gonna spend on a temporary CB option. When real with held spending money on Yoro deal which makes it highly unlikely they are gonna spend on Laporte.Lets see who we end up with.

  2. Would be great as a 3rd option behind Rudiger and Militao, even surpassing Militao

Him being Spanish/spanish homegrown would help with CL Registration as well

Being left footed would make it cherry on top

Born in 1994, he would still have 3 great years left, possibly 4 years.

  3. Would be a good signing if he’s coming for a low fee, which is unlikely because Al Nassr will demand something not worth it for a 30 year old who’s injury prone. The club doesn’t like to spend a fee on players on that age bracket. I like him when he’s fit, but he’s been out injured so much, and that’s not ideal for a club who’s already struggling with two CBs who just had an ACL. I don’t see the club signing him looking at those factors.

  4. We’ll play nice and send you some more over the hill players if you give us Laporte for free, guys. Cmon!

  5. Plot twist: Sergio Ramos to Real Madrid! Here we go!

  6. I believe he could do a great job at serving long passes to the space from the back, it’s a skill we’re losing with Kroos

  7. I remember I said we should get Laporte and I got shitted for it on here.

I hope this happens because he’s quality. Would even start him over Militao or Alaba for sure.
