If I’m reading this correctly, the Public Prosecutor in Rome has asked for us to be indicted

  1. Last week we issued a press release saying the Public Prosecutor in Rome asked for an indictment against us. This is in regards to “alleged crimes of false corporate communications, market manipulation, obstruction of the exercise of public supervisory authorities (Consob, in this case) and fraudulent declaration through the use of invoices for non-existent transactions”, according to our previous press release back in December.

(See the press releases of 17 July and 22 December. I can’t link to them directly, so you have to scroll and find them.)

Do we have any law experts here? I thought we were done with all this, but apparently not. Anyone know what this could mean?
