2. I think they’ll try to persuade him by guaranteeing a spot in the starting XI, as a CM, that’s the one thing they can offer that Bayern can’t. They’re also probably the only club that can offer him as much or even more than what he makes at Bayern. He is likely very focused on playing in the 2026 World Cup, so guaranteed time on the pitch in his favored role so that he can be called to the Mannschaft consistently (as a midfielder) would be deciding factors for him to sign for PSG.

   At Bayern several people including Eberl and Kompany have stated he has no guaranteed spot in the starting XI and that he isn’t contemplated to be part of the main double pivot, which will also influence his decision.
