Russia deploys troops, weapons in Kursk region after Ukraine incursion

The Russian Defense Ministry on Saturday released footage it says shows military personnel and equipment deploying in the Kursk region intended to snuff out the Ukrainian forces that crossed over into Russia earlier this week. Elsewhere, Russian President Vladimir Putin chaired an extraordinary session of the Security Council regarding “specific aspects of the fight against terrorism.”
