12. Guess our bills are going up. Thanks gov for fining them, maybe throw in you can't put your prices up for 2 years also so it's a fine and not a price increase for us.

    THIS IS OUR WATER
    You know, our source of life and good health. It's already bad enough that we have all these chemicals added to it and trace amounts of god knows what.
    Neglecting it should mean the chair, but I'd settle for prison time.

22. Most Water companies are owned by foreign investments funds or individuals who have no interest in looking after the inferstructure of the UK . That's what you get when you allow these people to take control of key utilities.
