In the play https://x.com/KuroPablo_/status/1825283466683883739?s=19 the defender from Mallorca grabs Militao by the shirt while he is trying to head the ball, it is not a small grab, you can clearly see how strong he pulls him so he can't reach the ball and his header goes god knows where.
The play was not shown in a repetition where I was watching the match, but the commentators mentioned the grab and they thought it would be checked by VAR, but neither occured.
I am missing something here?

If you zoom in closely like I did here, you’ll notice that Militao is wearing a Madrid kit meaning that the referees don’t give a fuck about giving Madrid penalties.

I had the same thought but La liga referees have been inconsistent for a while now
