THIS IS REAL MADRID. There is no room for sentiment. Rodrygo is incredible but only when he comes from the left side and as everybody knows the LW position is taken! At some point we need a worldclass RW, someone like Robben or Salah when they where back in their prime. And as long as we don’t have that kind of player we have to give Arda a chance (at least 20 minutes) as he is a natural left foot, is great at set pieces, is very involved defensively and is very intelligent in build up play. He is basically the perfect player to keep the balance upfront.
