1. They also write that “During the second and third rounds, OneFootball will offer a free promotion on the eight exclusive matches.” It looks like they will wait for the first break to start with the PPV.

2. Serie A Is completely clueless regarding TV deals.

   In the later years I have heard they have been especially shit for the viewers all for short term gains.

3. Not sure how many pubs will pay 100 pounds to show a limited number of matches (due to other leagues’ fixtures at the same time, besides a different app), so they set it up in a way that only real Serie A fans will subscribe, knowing it will be tough to find a pub showing the game (4.99 is close to a side dish or pint of soft drink in central London).

   So now I get to pay another £100. To add to the Sky Sports, Discovery Plus, Amazon Prime and La Liga TV subscriptions i already pay!!

   FFS. We’re getting so fleeced in this country for football coverage.

5. Big loss is non proper magazine shows. Serie A worked on C4 in the old days because Gazetta informed us on Saturday ahead of Sunday.

   The European show on BT did similar. You can’t just throw feeds up and expect to grow fan bases, especially when Serie A has no big stars for UK fans.
