  1. The crews of Mi-28NM combat helicopters destroyed massed Ukrainian manpower and military equipment by Vikhr missiles in an overnight strike in the borderline Kursk Region, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported on Friday.

The ministry also uploaded a video showing the destruction of Ukrainian troops and military hardware in the Kursk area.

"Army aviation crews flying Mi-28NM helicopters delivered an overnight strike by air-launched weapons against massed manpower, armored and military motor vehicles of the Ukrainian army in the borderline Kursk Region. The strike was delivered by Vikhr missiles against reconnoitered targets. According to reconnaissance reports, all the designated targets were successfully destroyed," the ministry said in a statement.

  2. Bergoglio the Viper, was rebuked, deposed, dethroned as pope, by our Heavenly Father on December 17, 2023 via a Miracle when a Statue of St. Peter in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the home diocese of the Viper, was struck by His Holy Lightening on the Snake's birthday no less! Odds only Divinely designed in Heaven.

St. Peter's Halo, his Blessing Hand and the Keys to Heaven, the keys a symbol of papal authoriry, were destroyed, yet, the rest of St. Peter was left unscathed!

  3. I have listened to your coverage of the war since day one and feel your coverage is the most clear and honest, wish we had Dom behind us in Rhodesia the map of the world would have looked very different, China and Russia would never have got the foothold that’s turned into two hands around the throats of whoever is in power, great content.

  4. 20:12 Russian eggs are at the moment at about 110 rubles (top quality) = 1 pound for 10 eggs and minimum pension in 2024 is about 110 pounds but that depends on a region. some regions have minimum pension of about 300 pounds.

  5. 20:45 Kaviar is cheaper.
But not because, as speculated, that the elites are spending less. It’s the export that’s missing.

  6. Totally mystified as to why such a big deal is being made of the use of Challenger Tanks being used, Russia uses Western components in missiles against Civilian targets, why even give someone something or let them buy it & then refuse them to use it!

  7. akhmat chief refered to Georgian mercenaries. the caviar referred to is the cheap salmon caviar which Russians use a lot smeared on a slice of bread.. like a staple food

  8. Your financial editor is grossly misinformed. Perhaps she has been told to highlight the negative about Russia – which is called Propaganda. One example is where she claims Russians "cannot get an iPhone". Other news outlets prove this wrong by reporting that the iStore just changed names and citizens can buy any of the models.

  9. So refreshing to hear both Russian and Ukrainian names pronounced correctly on this podcast for a change. Dom and Francis, please keep paying close attention to Kateryna also on that level, – it makes the podcast so much easier to follow for those of us who actually speak one or more of the languages involved.

  10. Presumably if Russia needs to dig trenches in Kursk Oblast, they will need to continue digging them all the way around the border as well.

  11. Putin is a megalomaniac and has and will misjudge ukraine, nato, and the west's determination that he fail! The west has made the huge mistake of appeasing putin when he took territory (georgia, Crimea) and ukraine is paying the price now as putin kills its civilians. Nato and the west should remove all restrictions on Ukraine's use of its equipment and armaments, NOW. The russian people will understand putin's folly when ukraine hits moscow and they'll take putin into their own hands THEN. Putin can end up like benito mussolini in 1945, who was shot (along with his sycophants) and hung upside-down by his feet, stoned and spat on. This is a much better fate than putin deserves.

  12. Wow it's the leaders using young men and women to enforce their laws yet again. What happened to leaders getting out in the field to fight for their country as it was yrs ago? Its easy for these war mongers to sit at home enjoying life with their family whilst young soldiers do their dirty work. They are all cowards only fit for giving orders but can't lead their soldiers on the ground

  13. Great podcast. But I'm still wondering about US sanctions on Chinese banks. Here are some recent news headlines: "Bank of China Halts Payments With Sanctioned Russia Lenders' (Moscow Times), June 24th, "Russia Dealt Payments Blow by Top China Bank" (newsweek, June 25/2024; and a notice from the US Dept. of Treasury itself, date June 12th: "As Russia Completes Transition to a Full War Economy, Treasury Takes Sweeping Aim at Foundational Financial Infrastructure and Access to Third Country Support". That was the result of a quick google search on the situation with China. So are these increased sanctions against 3rd parties having much effect? And who all do they include? I would still like to know.
