He is the best
I think what he does really well is finding the spaces. If it was not for the deflections he could have scored at least 2 yesterday.
He was great. Having him as a right sided midfielder adds a new dimention to the play. If he was a little bit sharper, he would have scored too
First half he was lost, but was completely different player in the second half, connected really well with Vini.
He needs to start few more games to get comfortable.
Absolutely hated every moment of it yesterday. He only created one chanes for others (the main thing we need from him since we have way more than enough quality forwards) he also wasted FIVE clear cut chances yesterday.
There’s clearly evidence of talent and good potential there, but I feel like right now he really isn’t starter material for Real Madrid yet.
im very happy with him, he was very unlucky and couldve scored with a little bit of luck, but very important minutes for him which he appreciates a lot, im sure.
in the first half nobody was good but they all improved in the second half. we are still in this weird phase where the players/team need to find themselves but hopefully in a couple of weeks they play like a well-oiled machine. (i hope after the international break)
When that time comes, we should also be able to destroy these anti football-busparking-terrorball teams as well bc its very draining and exhausting watching laliga games compared to champions league games.
I just hope that jude and cama come back as quickly as possible and nobody else gets injured during the international break.

Lost balls and constantly out of position. His role was to fill in the midfield and feed the wing and strikers but was basically playing RW the entire time leaving us with only 2 in the mid.
He has potential, he needs little push , keep giving him starts. He will be star in no time.
He didn’t do much for the midfield tbh, but he was great in the attacking zone, especially in the second half.
He had 5 chances in 20 minutes, which just shows how good he is at positioning himself in the opposing 3rd.
5 chances had a “total” of 0.45 xG, individually:
-47′ right footed shot from a tight angle from Fede’s pass, keeper saved it 0.05 xG
-51′ Vini’s pass from the left blocked by the defense 0.14 xG
-56′ once again Vini’s assist blocked by the defense 0.11 xG
-62′ Fran Garcia’s cross from the left, goalkeeper saved it 0.11 xG
-67′ he cut left and shoot from the right and the goalkeeper saved it 0.04 xG
Mbappe for reference, had a 0.53 xG chance at 78′ and a 0.45 xG chance at 85′. Mbappe is still a good finisher even if he missed those 2 arguably clear chances. Brahim’s goal had a 0.30 xG, which is significantly higher than anything Arda had too. Endrick’s goal had 0.10 xG, which shows how it was chef’s kiss. A lot of power generated in a short distance with his WEAK foot, kid’s gonna be insane.
Expecting Arda to score from hard positions is fine, but thinking he’s “bad” because he didn’t score any is not fine.
I expected 1 goal from Arda, he got none, but it’s okay. It was his first time starting with the A team, he’ll improve and do better as time goes on. He needs more physical power and stamina. He has the ambition and the drive, he just needs some adjustments in his playstyle. He should get more minutes, he deserves them. Maybe not as a starter most of the time, but he still needs those minutes.

I could see he was being hard on himself for his nervy performance after he was subbed out! Kid’s got the heart to wanna do better and make a difference for the team! I’m just glad beyond our starters, our bench are also very keen to play and contribute whenever they are called upon! Carlo’s man management is unrivalled, seriously can we just appreciate this man and let him do his THING!!
We need Arda in the squad to fill Toni’s shoes! I think with more playtime he can be a game changer

It was a big task to play Jude’s role, but if he is to become the heir to Modric in this team, he has to get comfortable with playing the 10, so hopefully we will see it a couple of times and he will become better and better.
I just hope he keeps a good balance of finding the others and also going for his own finishes, because the kid has a leg and clinical instinct, hate to see it wasted.
He looked lost tactically which is kinda understandable since the whole team has so far this season without clear reference points in certain positions and us playing three guys who operate in the same space.it was easier for Bobby Carlton and BraHIM to find space later in the game because the game had opened up but also because of the changes so I can’t fault him too much for that. Still he looked a bit nervous and indecisive. Still an okay performance where his quality was clear. Thing is in such a loaded team he might not find too many opportunities to stake a claim as a regular and he certainly didn’t show enough to be prioritized. I think the talent overload will hurt Madrid eventually and stall development of some of these guys
He doesn’t do progressive carry at all. He shows up on a position, receives the ball, and then passes it back.
He just needs to play more, he needs to build more strength and his movement needs a little work but he was great in the second half
Just his output wise, he was okay but it’s very very clear what kinda damage he can do with more game time. If he is clinical as he was last year, he could hv scored yesterday. With enough game time, he is going to be a real problem in near future. Best part is how hard he is in himself, even when he missed a 50/50 chance, he is mad. That’s just perfect attitude for his age. We got a great player.
He’s still green for the big games, but his ceiling is really high. I hope he keeps getting chances as a starter because he naturally tends to play on the right and we need a player like that to balance the team

Disappointed becuase I was expecting him to do what Vini does and just run at the defence. Felt he did lots of back passes after getting the ball. Maybe it’s better to keep possession, idk. But I’m sure this will improve.

You can see he’s class even when its not all coming together. Was happy to see how mad he got when he didnt score.. so many ppl in current squad just seem to laugh it off knowing they will likely win and do better next time, but hes still so eager – I love it. I would be mad too.
I think rodrygo forced him to play out-wide which did not workout. Second half he was involved more through the middle and almost scored 2 goals.
Madrid should stay with the 2 striker upfront and play with 10
