These hazelnut cookies have a delicious a layer of chocolate and an incredible nutty flavor, one of my fav Italian cookies for sure๐ฅฐHereโs the [baci di dama recipe](https://www.thepetitecook.com/baci-di-dama/)
Oh! You give me inspirations!
They look like what we over here call *Luxemburgerli* (little Luxembourgers), while many other Europeans refer to them as [*Macarons*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macaron).
Beware: Luxemburgerli have quite the Swiss prices:
We’ve been meaning to make them for a long time, but never got round to it…
Pause.
Reflecting about it: it’s more like you have to make at least 30 or so per flavour, but as we like it colourful, the question is: who on earth is going to consume 200 Luxemburgerli. Sure, we can give them away to family and friends, but half of them would be thrown away anyway ๐
