Pretty much exactly as I was expecting. I thought Rodrygo would start instead of Vini and they’d switch at 55 or so, but Carlo will probably do the opposite. I expect Rodrygo to come on in the second half to rest Vini.

Given the circumstances this is the best XI Carlo could’ve fielded.
It’s either a huge win for us, or a pretty boring defeat. We’re also playing with a proper pivot in midfield today, so let’s hope the defence holds up.

Woud’ve started rodrygo over brahim tbh. I like him more as a sub and rodrygo defends well too.
