If Iñigo Martínez plays at least 45 minutes in 60% of the matches this season then his contract, which currently ends in June 2025, will be automatically extended by another year. This is a clause in his contract. Via: @monfortcarlos [jijantes]

  1. It is what it is then. Pretty fair.

We need him before Araujo and Christensen return in Dec

  2. His long ball passes to lamine are very underrated

  3. Been one of our best players this season, which is saying something

  4. He is a good squad player, I don’t think anyone minds that

  5. Better than going away for free, knowing barca then they would sell him for peanuts like they usually do.

  6. He really stepped up with Cubarsi, they make for a good duo

  7. don’t know about his salary but i guess it’s not high.

    he’s a decent player, i like him.

  8. Completely OK with this. Total turnaround from last season. He’s been great this year, easily worth his place in the squad for another year.

  9. He’s been great under flick, he’s stepped up so much in the absence of Christensen and Araujo. I hope he stays
