๐บ๐ฆ The S-400 system may have cost over a $billion to manufacturer, however, no one is going pay that much for it. Before the war, Turkey bought at least 1 of them. Never been deployed, it's still in the shipping crates. They're trying to get India to buy it at a steep discount.
