Bayern have been scouting Köln goalkeeper Jonas Urbig (21). Talks took place, but no concrete offer was made. Urbig is seen by the DFB as Germany’s biggest goalkeeping hope for the future. Julian Nagelsmann is already keeping an eye on him and has concrete plans for him

  1. I’ve seen some of his matches for Köln, I personally think he’s very raw, still makes some childish mistakes, that doesn’t mean he can’t become a great goalkeeper but I think he needs at the very least 2 or 3 more seasons of consistently playing before we should consider a buy, I don’t really like this strategy we employed with Nübel, while financially convenient because you overall spend less if you buy a project than a fully developed goalkeeper I think generally staying at a club for continuity is better for development than changing clubs trough loans.

  2. Is anyone following Dennis Seimen’s development and can say how he is doing?

  3. If we look at Nübel, who’s 27 now, I think it’s a good tactic to look for the next-gen already and go a similar path like with nübel
