  2. I never realized how loose the mountains are/were now.I live on the Western slope of the Appalachian Mountain Chain & hopefully nothing like this will ever happen in Tennessee. Praying for my fellow Mountain people on the East side of the mountains in North Carolina.😢

  3. We say it all the time, there’s a reason the old timers didn’t put their houses on the sides of mountains. Yet these people sell their house in Portland for 1.2 mill and bulldoze the side of one and put a house on stilts there.
