  1. In Park City, Utah, a 73 year old bicyclist named Gary Peacock followed a 22 year old driver into a park. Claiming the young driver drove “too close” to him, as Peacock was riding his bike in the road, Peacock forcibly held the young man in his car, refusing to allow him to leave, as he called the police. The 22 year old, Pierce Kempton, uploaded the video to social media and it went viral. I spoke with him and got the full story. UPDATE: Now the bodycam footage has been released. And it's actually pretty insane.

  2. that cop is wrong because if he opens your door like that 3 times goes hands on and you sheet him ded that is your right to not be assaulted and held against your will even the police are not allowed to do that illegally and you are by law allowed to resist the constitution says so and the sate law is a false untrue law and a violation to your rights most state laws are a violation to your federal constitutional rights

  3. Well sometimes cops do a good job, he put the old guy in his place and did he backpedal …dont understand the kids ticket, cop wasnt there….

  4. Mr.Peacock should have been arrested for disorderly conduct! I hope the young man's ticket is dismissed in court. I also don't feel like he should have been ticketed to begin with. He should have called the police first when crazy was banging on his window, I would've felt threatened

  5. All the footage and the officers words exonerate the 22: year old. I can't believe the officer gave the kid a ticket at all.

  6. At 21 minutes 30 seconds the officer is talking about ticking the young man based on the hearsay from the old guy riding the bike that’s ridiculous because then I could just call the police and say somebody was speeding and they would go find them and ticket them on hearsay I don’t think so. The officer has no evidence and should be sued by the young man and especially for having identify before the officer is ascertain that any crime was committed and as far as all these videos and what I’ve seen there has been no crime so I don’t know why the officer identified the young manwas he was being harassed and said nothing to do with traffic at this point

  7. For the cyclists this turned into a real Saab story.
This guy really is a jerk. Demands to press charges until he is handed a misdemeanor citation for his own actions.

  8. From one old phart (67) concerning the unhinged old (73) phart, I hope the kid sues the guy. Teach the old privileged geezer a lesson. Relieve him of one or two of all those millions that makes him feel so entitled.

  9. I'm 62. This guy is the biggest TOOL I have ever seen. Great job by the young man. Ileagal kidnapping by the biker. Assault and battery. Felony. What a little butt-hurt, titty-baby. Sue that baby billionaire. This is a lesson to record everything. If I did not have a dash cam, I would get one today. I was the victim….wah, wah, wah.

  10. It's interesting how this guy wanted to press charges against the kid and have him hauled off to jail or follow up with the DA and file charges later… until the cop saw the crimes he had committed against the kid.
The disorderly conduct is the slightest infraction that he could be charged with. He could also be charged with assault and battery for putting his hands on the kid and falsely entrapping him.

  11. "Come on, Maaaaan! I'm the VICTIM here."

Victim: a person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action.

  12. I give credit to the officer who genuinely tried to be constitutional in dealing with the parties and the incident that occured; however, just as he educated the bicycle rider, who should have known better, because of his age and lifes experience; it's a shame that the officer didn't educate the young man driving the car; on just how serious, what the bicycle rider did to him in detaining and ultimately kidnaping him under threat of violence, was; and without giving the young man legal advice, informing him of the options available to him, should the young man wish to follow up on any criminal proceedings against the bicycle rider, as well as any civil options. The young man should be entitled to participate in a criminal conviction against the bicycle rider in a court of law, and ultimately sue him for assault, false imprisonment and kidnaping; but if the teflon don bicycle rider is truly able to just pay a ticket to avoid justice; than the young man, who is the true victim in this case, was cheated out of his day in court; not for his aledged infraction, but for the assault and kjdnapping that was perpetrated against him, and is recorded on video. It appears the young man was delt a miscarriage of justice; while the bicycle rider was basically permitted to pay a bribe under the color of law; in order to avoid responsabilities for his actions; when in reality; that young man should own that bicycle riders house!

  13. I’ll bet my life savings that when Gary was a child, he was incapable of any playing board games with his family (or any kind of games at all, with anyone)- without having a big crying fit if he lost. And each time he did so, he was mollycoddled by his mommy.

  14. Officer actually handled this VERY well by todays standards for a cop. I don't agree with giving the motorist a ticket, but that can be sorted out in court. Dashcam will get that dismissed easy peasy.

  15. He wanted that kid to pay for every single driver who has ever aggravated him, which is pretty much all drivers. He would've happily sent him to prison for the perceived infraction.

  16. Figures a guy who is over the hill and out of business is wearing the jersey of other people who are over the hill and out of business.

  17. To old and fearful to be riding on a public road. Three feet can put a car over the middle boundary line making it unsafe.
The older people get, the more risk averse people are.
