“Just over 25 years ago, an internal Buckingham Palace report recommended steps the monarchy should adopt to rebuild trust after the catastrophic collapse in public support for the Royal Family that followed the death of Princess Diana.
Many of the suggestions were practical – less formality for official engagements and opening royal events to a wider cross-section of the population – and approval ratings quickly rose.
But buried in the report was a warning about one aspect that was not addressed – the wealth of the royals and a need for what it delicately put as 'greater transparency'.
Two and a half decades on, and the monarchy – thanks to the dedication to duty of King Charles and a modern-looking Prince William – is more popular than ever. But there is an Achilles heel, and it remains the thorny issue of their private finances.”

  1. If there weren’t such overlap between monarchism and favoring the House of Windsor specifically here in america, maybe I’d have no opinion.

However, it’s clear my own countrymen have amongst them traitors and treasonous monarchists with Windsor fetish, specifically.

How insane. It’s almost too silly to write it out.

Anyways, let’s get to the facts as they are. Not pick and choose based on morals that uphold any majority won” only by birth; according to some.

What happens to the Windsors impacts the rest of the world. Even dumb American Republicans, by any definition of the term.

Let’s be open about facts for once-as a collective. Before we just end up in another reenactment of the last world war because some people can’t get past classism, racism, nationalism, and defaulting to misogynistic, WASPY false pretense.

What is going on with the Windsors and their people, and how do y’all make that work?

You should make it work. Please don’t rely on American traitors. That’s failed in all our civil wars from across the pond.

  2. Curious American here. Wondering if this would be similar or comparable to other large duchies owned by non-royal families? Would those contracts be similar in terms of cost? Please don’t come for me. Just wondering how offensive this is or isn’t for citizens
