That’s why I believe in small businesses, and minimum wages and other government regulations just benefit Big Corps like Walmart and Amazon because they are the ones who can handle bigger minimum wages and other regulations. While small businesses have to decide between raising wages, lowering hours, and going bankrupt.
And the pig does not have to work. He getts the same no matter what from owning the Corporaate latter you climb. Be like the pig and own assets.
I have always been saddened to hear colleagues complaining that some other employees are paid too much or that those with small salaries somehow don’t deserve to be paid more. They just can’t see where the actual communicating vessels are and their lack of compassion and perspective is what makes the crazy system work.
Communism is the answer lol
Second Guilded Age
It works because there are about 5 additional layers.
No one who makes $25 an hour really thinks they’ll ever make the $56K an hour…but you know, their boss makes $40 an hour, and they can see themselves making that…and that boss’ boss makes $60 an hour, and that doesn’t seem too much of a reach.
That is how the system works, and as long as people think they have a chance at the next rung…it will continue.
Current U.S. minimum wage $7.25 per hour x 100 years = ~ one million five hundred thousand dollars Limit per person!
(Or Increase Minimum Wage)
No single person should be able to possess a $$$ net worth greater than 100 years working for the minimum wage!
P.S. Why not?
I know a few single moms who are working two jobs, seven days a week, yet still struggle to afford basic living expenses such as rent, food, car payments, health insurance, clothing, shoes, and toys for their children. Meanwhile, their bosses are spending hundreds of thousands on leisure and entertainment.

If minimum wage $35 per hour ( ~$ 73 thousands per year, like some countries already doing)
then Limit will be ~ 7 millions per person! ( married couple 15 millions Limit + additional 7 millions per child =
Of late, and I hate to admit it, but I’ve been looking at people much differently. I’m now seeing people who are too unhealthy, untrained, and uneducated and thinking these people are not capable of actual work, like migrants/immigrants can actually do this work and do it well yet they all voted to kick them out without realizing how unemployable the average American actually is? Without unions and government jobs, most of these people could not actually work. Let alone work for the amount of pay the Musks and Trumps of the world would actually pay.
There is no dignity in work here in America. Until that is solved (way too many socialism benefits to actually pass here) then we will perpetually be in this hate/anger cycle.
