  1. So, it says adding “Orchard” doesn’t make it unique enough from the geographic nickname of “American Riviera.” Does that mean she’ll need to rename the company or is there another avenue to get the name accepted?

  2. Any one want to start a betting pool on when the brand actually starts selling stuff?

    Dibs on June 2025.

  3. Oh. I didn’t realize the name wasn’t even approved when she announced it? I am very pro-Meghan but that seems like a sloppy mistake that she didn’t get it approved before sharing it was coming soon.

Either way I’m excited for it lol.

  4. I quite like Meghan and love to see her successes, but it very often feels like both she and Harry shoot themselves in the foot (at least in terms of their business ventures etc) by jumping the gun with their announcements or being too ambitious in their scope.

  5. How embarrassing that they are covering standard trademark application filings like they are news. I know the average person doesn’t understand how the trademark application process works but this is literally just part of the normal process. I can’t emphasize enough how many people file for extensions for office action responses, especially on intent to use filings. This isn’t news, it’s just weird.
