Found this fellow while walking our dog this morning at Edenvilla Park in Portadown. Didn't have a collar on and looked very scared. We tried to lure it with treats, but wouldn't come close at all, kept running away. Looked quite distressed. Me and the wife tried for around an hour, but just wouldn't come close.

I know its pretty shite, but this is the only video I have. We're relatively new to NI, so didn't know how to proceed/who to call. Last seen maybe 10 minutes ago.

Any leeds/advice would be much appreciated.
