Wonder if they’ll be taking down the sprucefield mast so
Not surprised, AM transmitters cost a bomb to run and, like a dementia patient, it descends into chaos and anarchy at night.
That’s a pity. Still don’t have a car with DAB.
Can’t be too much longer until they switch off Radio 5’s MW broadcast. The mast is the only one of its kind in Europe so there could potentially be a heritage listing applied.
Still no word on them pulling the plug on coolfm? It’s a humanitarian crisis at this stage
