So, people who reach 100 age slower than other people and are biologically younger than average at any given age. That is, they’re not biologically 100 at 100.
Wasn’t there a paper last year, which claimed that the best ways to get over 100y old are:
– living in a location without good documentation
– lots of fraud in the social systems
There’s always a centenarian who enjoys bacon, cigars, and a snort of whiskey every day.
Do not focus on that imho . I am older , not old , but imho you should focus on not getting older but getting more years on your health . I mean , getting to 100 or let just say 200 means nothing if you are just sitting in a wheelchair waiting for somebody to change your underwear. It means a lot more if you change your life living like a 60y old when you are 80y old . I do not want to live to 100 , i really do not give a shit . With my lifestyle , and i am 54 , i am guessing 70-75 would be a good call , i would be very happy .
