ROY, Mont. – A recent operation by the Fergus County Sheriff’s Office led to a significant drug bust in Roy, Mont. On December 13, deputies executed a search warrant at a local home, uncovering a substantial amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Authorities arrested an individual at the scene, charging them with criminal possession of dangerous drugs, intent to distribute, and additional felonies and a misdemeanor.

Just days later, on December 18, the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office executed two more search warrants in Landusky and Malta, Mont. These searches also resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine. An arrest was made, with charges mirroring those in the Roy case.

Sheriff Peterson and Sheriff Lytle expressed gratitude to their deputies for their collaborative efforts in dismantling a drug trafficking ring. They emphasized the importance of this operation in curbing the supply of illegal drugs to local communities.
