Opened a cupboard in my parents kitchen and I found at least 10 bottles of shloer 😂😂
I know it’s the quintessential Christmas drink but I found this funny especially because there’s only going to be three of us for Christmas Day.
Not going to run out for a while that’s for sure

If they had any of the old pre-sugar tax shloer I’d consider it an investment
Mine do it with wine haha
Yep. Bate it in til ye.
I love shloer. As a kid I was always given it in a wine glass at Christmas and new year and felt really grown up. I feel like it’s a proper northern Irish thing. I mean it’s sold throughout the UK but it seems to have a proper hold in NI
It’s watered down grapey pish now.
Nothing’s been the same since the sugar tax.
I’m appreciating it saying Sher between two bottles. They believe in life after love.
There’s always a few bottles knocking around our house.
Our bar is well stocked lol there’s wine from last year and she was buying the 25% off deal again.
Fuck sake love the shop is only closed for a day.
Does anyone else remember drinking this when they were young, when it wasn’t actually Christmas time??
It tastes like shit these days too. Lousy 😭
Sure you only get about 2 glasses out of a bottle.
They Shloer-ly won’t run out
Don’t you even fucking look at it til thmara
Over priced grape juice people bought the brand not the taste , never understood it , and sorry seems to be age thing they should have fario Roche and schloer .. but they can’t get you can have quality no alcoholic drinks now for grown ups that aren’t over priced but don’t have 1980’s advertising
Got them standing like they’re the Blair witch
I would’ve drank that cupboard dry.
It goes on ‘offer’ the preceeding weeks before Christmas, and then the excess is sold dirt cheap in Janurary
Ahhh the taste of Presbyterian teetotalism.
Turkey is a white meat, you shouldn’t be drinking red Shloer.
Send some over this way mate! Can’t get it in Canada fs.
Fond childhood memories. I don’t know if the recipe has changed or my taste buds have, but it doesn’t quite taste the same these days. Has to be ice cold. Ah the memories!
My Mrs done this for some reason, the kids like it but we’ve got a full tray of the white grape and a selection of the rest.
Spar were selling it for a pound a bottle a while ago there, saw some fella going up to the counter with 100 bottles ffs.
Price of these days, it must sting looking at how they’ve spent all your inheritance 😂
