   “A man has been arrested after four people were run down in the early hours of Christmas morning. The shocking incident occurred at 12.45am this morning (Christmas Day) and has left one people in “life-threatening” condition.

   It happened on Shaftesbury Avenue in London, with three others also taken to hospital.
