[OC] Tracked my mood for 2024 (info/template in comments)

    I was interested in seeing what impact a bunch of new life changes would have on my mood this year so I tracked my moods for the whole year. I made this simple template bc I wanted to be able to see all the data on my screen at once for all days AND not have to bother with tweaking this every year. It’s obviously very simple so you can customize as needed!

    **Notes:**

    – I didn’t specifically track everyday on the day but I did for the majority. for the rest, I kind of logged anytime there was a change in my mood and backfilled the other days with the previous mood as there were no big changes

    – yes I filled out the last few days early bc it’s a chill weekend at home for me for NYE, just wanted to post this now

    – for the girls here: I started this bc I was curious to see how my cycle impacted my moods (as we all are lmao) and I do have a separate tracker for that too but I did add a little 🌙 on my cycle days in this calendar so I can better visualize the changes. yes, I’m much less happy starting ~3 days bf my cycle. I took this info out bc it’s weird letting the internet know everytime I had my period this year lol

    – the blank space is my birthday, I decided not to track that day for no real reason. it was a good day 😊

    – the pink unlabeled space is the day my cat died. he had a stroke on the black day prior to that and the whole week was an ordeal. if anyone is looking for any charities worth donating to, please consider animal charities ❤️

    – the colours kind of shifted down throughout the year and the middle 3 blue tones pretty much all lost their meaning, it’s just essentially “meh”

    I’m going to do it again for 2025 but maybe simplify the colours and change them to something fresh. There is more data to this (like my cycle I mentioned above) but I think this new year I’m going to specifically track two things (in addition to my cycle again): everyday I drink, and mark down the dates I start and finish my new gym split/meal plan. The goal is to see what kind of mood changes these produce
