What do women have to do to get sent to jail, glass a guy in the face for no reason, repeatedly stomp on a womans head while on a suspended sentence, this is the real two tier justice system

Whenever I see “suspended sentence” I see a person who has got away with it and the judge had to do some admin for the aesthetics. This just proves it.
