1. Obviously the only mention of extremism/terorrist threats here relates to the far-right lol.

   – mention of the 2017 Finsbury attack

   – 2024 summer riots

   – mention of how toxic it is for people (especially Musk) to ask questions about the mass rape of children

2. Genuinely read this as ‘Curb Your Extremism’ on watchlist and thought it was a weird spin off show of ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’

   Racist groups with many members operate in multiple towns and cities for decades and engage in the ethnically targeted gang rape of many young girls, where the girls were typically drugged, abused and raped on many occasions, with a few murders thrown in for good measure.

   The authorities largely knew about this, allowed it to happen or covered it up by arresting the victims or family members who attempted to intervene in the assaults. No action has been taken against the senior police etc who covered it all up in the holy cause of diversity and reducing community tension.

   The Guardian and its favourites have realised the baddy in this is, err, Elon Musk. Whose intemperate language on X about the authorities may result in “real-world consequences”.

   Unlike all the rapes I guess, which happened to girls in care or at least from working class families, perhaps they seem a bit like Sims characters to a respectable journalist. Quite different to real world people like MPs and worthies that a broadsheet journalist might know and identify with, who are currently feeling defenceless against the unspeakable abuse they are being subject to (via X). By dastardly foreign devils no less, the indignity!
