The Stuart Tiara was in the Dutch vaults for years, and refurbished around the time of Maxima’s wedding. She debuted it without the honking central diamond, in the yellow gown, and then busted out the full Stuart for the first time in the caped gown, at the Dutch state visit in England. Since then she’s taken advantage of the removable large stones, and worn it in subtlety different settings. It’s arguably the biggest of the big gun tiaras, but even without the large central elements it’s not a small piece.
Not the point but the lighting in that first pic makes her look like she just walked off the set of Goldfinger
