I went up it last time we had a blast of snow in November, got about half way up and it was just icey mud. Once I got to the top it was knee deep snow, first one to touch it. It was beautiful, well worth the hike!
When you’re near it, it’s an almost ‘other worldly’ thing to have on the skyline of a city, especially when it’s all frosty looking.
It’s so bizarre (and class!) to see the tops of houses and shops, and then towering over the back of them is this big fuckin’ lump of a rock face, jutting out like something out of a fantasy novel.
