[OC] Unemployment graphs, by state (this one is Wyoming) Posted by graphguy Tags:DataData Is BeautifulDataIsBeautiful 5 comments Data source: https://www.bls.gov/web/laus/ststdsadata.txt Software used: SAS Other state graphs: https://robslink.com/SAS/democd98/unemployment_by_state.htm (click state in map to jump to that state’s graph) I picked the color ranges somewhat arbitrarily. The dashed line shows the lowest unemployment rate. Watch the extractive industries do their boom-bust thing. Not sure how much of an improvement this is over the standard FRED output: [https://fred.stlouisfed.org/seriesBeta/WYUR](https://fred.stlouisfed.org/seriesBeta/WYUR) Looks like unemployment usually rises in election years. Sometimes it continues another year. So after Trump right when Biden took over, it was 9% , today after 4 years of Biden it’s 3%. So y’all voted for Trump, Y’all just make no sense Comments are closed.
