Disgraced royal Prince Andrew has found himself embroiled in scandal over the years, from his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein to the drama surrounding his residence, Royal Lodge. And it seems Princess Beatrice is over the constant headlines about her father.
According to the Scottish Daily Express, a source told New Idea that Beatrice is “heartbroken” over the new Amazon series, A Very Royal Scandal, which depicts the happenings ahead of Andrew’s BBC interview. As a result of all the drama, Beatrice reportedly hasn’t been to her Andrew and mom Sarah Ferguson‘s house in Windsor in a while because she is “sick of being humiliated.”

“It’s a stress-hole there and for some reason, Beatrice always gets stuck in the middle of things, playing peacemaker on behalf of her dad,” an insider told the outlet. “She doesn’t want to be doing that anymore and she recognizes it’s been a pattern all her life. No-one wants to be around him when he’s dealing with so much right now. Beatrice is broken-hearted, of course.”

The source also told the publication that Beatrice is a “daddy’s girl” and has been “devastated” to have the controversial interview brought to light again.
It’s safe to assume that Princess Beatrice has other things on her mind at the moment. The royal family announced today that she and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, are expecting their second child together. The two welcomed daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi in 2021, and Edo shares a son, Christopher “Wolfie” Woolf, with ex-girlfriend Dara Huang.
“Her royal highess Princess Beatrice and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together early in the new year; a sibling for Wolfie and Sienna,” the statement read. “His majesty the king has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.”
