And aside from turning 36, Beatrice has plenty to be celebrating. She was, of course, named the most stylish person in the country in Tatler’s best dressed list this month. Style editor Chandler Tregaskes described the Princess as ‘a beacon of sartorial elegance, pairing vintage-inspired cuts with fresh-from-the-catwalk glamour.’ Topping the podium in the high society style stakes, Beatrice truly is ‘the pinnacle of contemporary splendour.’

Perhaps best known for the Phillip Treacy hat she donned for the Prince and Princess of Wales’ wedding in 2011, her fashion has moved through marvellous millinery to glorious gowns by Richard Quinn, Monique Lhuillier, and Beulah London.

And it seems her sister, Princess Eugenie, is also entering a new era. While she and her family have been splitting their time between homes in London and Portugal, insiders have reported that Eugenie is ‘adamant’ that she wants to return full time to the UK – in part because of the strong bond she shares with her sister.

Eugenie and Jack share two sons, August, three, and Ernest, one. The family have been travelling between the two countries after Brooksbank began working for property entrepreneur Mike Meldman at the CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club in 2022. However, Eugenie is now thought to be determined to relocate with their family permanently back to Britain. Sources said she is keen to make the move, telling the Express, ‘Eugenie is adamant that she wants to head back to the UK on a more permanent basis and use the villa in Portugal as a holiday home.’
