Gagging clauses that stop employees exposing sexual harassment set to be banned

1. Gagging clauses should only be used for national security, they should never have been allowed to be used by wealthy individuals to cover up their crimes.

2. I can see a case for gagging clauses, they can be used to prevent revelation of industry secrets or information that could be considered private and confidential. However, it should not be possible to “gag” and illegal activity and presenting a gag order that does, or could, should he prosecuted as perverting the course of justice.

3. Using the term ‘gagging clause’ in relation to sexual harassment has got to be a pisstake lol.
